Refund & Return Policy

At Monoles, we celebrate the beauty of subtraction and the unique, organic nature of hand-crafted artisan goods. Each bar of our amino acid handmade soap is individually crafted, making every piece one-of-a-kind.

Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below before purchasing:

• Hygiene & Safety Reasons: Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

• Artisan Characteristics: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preferences (e.g., scent, colour profile) or minor, natural variations resulting from the hand-making process (such as tiny air bubbles, subtle shape variations, or minor colour shifts). These characteristics are a testament to the authentic craft of handmade soap.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives severely damaged in transit and is completely unusable, please contact us at hello@monoles.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item. Minor aesthetic imperfections to the outer packaging due to transit will not qualify for a refund.
