Please note: Bulk tier discounts cannot be combined with our standard $120 free shipping. Shipping for bulk orders will be calculated at checkout based on total package weight.

Production & Handling Lead Time: Standard orders and pre-orders require approximately 1 to 2 weeks to be meticulously crafted, cured, and packaged before dispatch.

Shipping Within Australia: We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, and Express shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We planning to offer international shipping in November 2026. Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Delays & Issues: While we ensure your items are securely packaged, monoles is not responsible for postal delays, transit damages, or lost packages once they have left our studio. If an issue arises, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
